Cash Visibility Experiment

Cash Map

Cash Map is a visual model for locating where cash is trapped across a business. It connects receivables, inventory, WIP, suppliers, projects, locations, and operating delays into a map of working capital behavior.

What It Observes

The experiment focuses on cash visibility rather than accounting totals alone. It asks where cash is delayed, where it is blocked, which operating process is responsible, and what finance should inspect first.

Why It Matters

Many businesses do not lose cash visibility in one dramatic event. They lose it through small delays: invoices aging, inventory not moving, supplier timing gaps, reconciliation mismatch, and spreadsheet workarounds outside the ERP.

How It Connects

Cash Map supports the private finance workbench and complements Working Capital Visibility, Cash Wheel, and Financial State Bricks.
